Specialty Services

Our specialty services are designed to provide advanced treatment options, objective diagnostic support, and professional development opportunities within outpatient psychiatric care. These services complement our core offerings and reflect our commitment to evidence-based practice, innovation, and clinical excellence.

Some specialty services are currently available, while others are launching soon. Availability is clearly noted below.

Spravato (Esketamine) Treatment Coming Soon

Spravato (esketamine) is an FDA-approved treatment for adults with treatment-resistant depression when used in conjunction with an oral antidepressant. This service will be offered in a controlled clinical setting with appropriate medical oversight and monitoring, in accordance with REMS requirements.

More details regarding eligibility, referral process, and treatment structure will be provided closer to launch.

QB Check

QB Check is a computerized, FDA-cleared objective assessment tool used to support the evaluation of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. It measures attention, impulsivity, and activity levels to provide data that can complement a comprehensive clinical assessment.

QB Check is not used in isolation. Results are reviewed alongside clinical interviews, history, and other diagnostic information to support accurate and responsible decision-making.

TOVA Testing

The Test of Variables of Attention, TOVA, is a well-established computerized assessment used to evaluate attention-related difficulties. It provides objective data that can assist clinicians in ADHD assessment and ongoing treatment monitoring.

TOVA Testing is used as part of a broader diagnostic process and may be recommended when clinically appropriate.

Internships and Mentorship Services for PMHNP Students

We offer structured internship and mentorship support for PMHNP students seeking real-world exposure to outpatient psychiatric practice. This service is designed for students who want more than just clocking hours and are looking to build confidence, clinical judgment, and professional readiness.

Our mentorship focuses on bridging the gap between academic training and actual practice. Students gain insight into psychiatric assessment, diagnostic reasoning, medication management principles, documentation standards, and ethical decision-making within a real clinical setting. Emphasis is placed on safe prescribing practices, evidence-based care, and understanding scope of practice.

In addition to clinical skill development, mentorship includes guidance on professional growth such as navigating practicum expectations, improving charting and clinical presentations, understanding practice workflows, and preparing for transition into practice after graduation. Students are supported in developing critical thinking skills rather than rote decision-making.

This service is best suited for motivated PMHNP students who value accountability, structured learning, and mentorship grounded in real clinical experience.

GeneSight Testing

GeneSight Testing is a clinically supported pharmacogenomic assessment that analyzes how your genes may affect your response to certain psychiatric medications. This personalized approach provides objective information that can help clinicians make more informed treatment decisions, particularly when selecting or adjusting medications for conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other mood disorders.

GeneSight Testing is used as part of a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and may be recommended when clinically appropriate to guide medication selection and improve treatment outcomes.
